Our goal at Perch Boutique is for you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, will do everything to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
To try and simplify things, here is a rundown of our returns policy: Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order per the tracking ship date.
Anything labeled FINAL SALE at the time of purchase and is not eligible for return.
Include your return form along with your return (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake made on our end. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our location.
Items eligible for return:
-Clothing must have its original tags in place and be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of any odors from pets, smoke, food, or perfumes. They must also be free of any animal hair or marks from deodorant or make up.
- If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange, you will be notified and you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity.
-Shoes must remain in their original undamaged box. Please use additional packaging or the box they were shipped in so product box is not labeled, marked, etc.
Items not eligible for return: Bralettes, leggings, or any type of undergarment. All jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Standard shipping for orders under $100 is $6.49.
Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.
We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at check out right now, but please reach out to us if this is something we can try and help you with.
We do offer local pick up as well for all of our lovely long time and local customers.
Please note we are a home-based boutique and this will be “porch pick-up” style in Spring, TX.
Please allow 1 business day processing time for pick up orders. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pick up.
You’ve placed your order, now what?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing on your order. Shipping will take another 2-5 days depending on your location.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays.
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
While changes to your order may be possible, they will not be possible once your order has processed. This could be 15 minutes or 5 days.
